The Connected Competence Council provides leadership and fosters cross-sector engagement to standardise a recognised base level of technical competence assurance across ten core trade disciplines.
This supports the efficient transfer of critical common technical skills both within and across sectors of the engineering construction industry, increasing workforce resilience and supporting wider government and trade association activities towards energy transition.
The Council serves as a forum for strategic discussions, decision making and action planning to address key challenges and opportunities facing the industry.
It supports the Connected Competence stakeholder forums and promotes active knowledge sharing across industry leadership groups where common goals exist.
