Voucher scheme
**NOW CLOSED TO NEW APPLICANTS**
Workers who are in receipt of a voucher letter can redeem fully funded tests with Testing Providers up until the 6th May 2022.
If you completed tests before the 31st March 2022 and have not been mobilised by an employer organisation, ECITB may reimburse you for your time and expenses as per the voucher letter.
Applications can be made by completing the reimbursement form here. Any claims must be recieved by ECITB before Friday 6th May 2022.
From 1 April 2022, it will be mandatory for transient personnel in the relevant trades to have Connected Competence certification for their work scope activities to mobilise with member companies.
To support the roll out of Connected Competence, the ECITB made funding available for these trades to complete the necessary tests in order to gain their certification. Funding was made available from the 1st September 2021 to 31st March 2022
What you need to do
1. Use your voucher letter issued by one of the member companies to book your technical test(s). If you haven’t yet recieved a voucher code, contact one of the member companies below.
2. Once you have received your voucher letter visit our Book a test page to find a suitable testing provider nearest to your location and arrange your test using your voucher reference number. Please scroll down to ‘Technical Test’ on the landing page to see the list of providers, their location, and the tests they can provide. If you need any assistance please contact Regina Rodriguez on 07585 307620 or regina.rodriguez@ecitb.org.uk to assist with locating a convenient test centre.
3. On successful completion of the technical test, share your certificates and digital badges when you next mobilise.
